All Sales Are Final
Due to our store setup, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges. Please read descriptions carefully and look through all photos before making a purchase.
In the event of a damaged or defective product, a replacement product will be provided. Please contact Susan and include detailed descriptions of the damage/defective issue and clear photos.
Shipping
Many items are shipped from the USA. Check the description in each item for country of origin.
International shipping is available for most items. You can quickly see shipping options on the “My Cart” page by entering your address.
International customers are responsible for paying any customs/duty fees when the item arrives.
Cutting boards are shipped from Mexico, and shipping time is about 8-10 days. Shipping for cutting boards available to physical addresses only (no PO boxes). Cutting board cost includes shipping to the contiguous USA (contact us if you would like a shipping estimate to Hawaii or Alaska).

Express delivery is available for limited items within the USA. Express delivery within the United States is carried out in 2-3 business days.
